Adult Day Services Our Day Services Program provides services to approximately 116 service recipients who reside in Sumner, Robertson and Trousdale counties. This particular program serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with the goal of promoting independence and opportunities. The Day Service Program provides service recipients with a structured and safe environment, which affords them the opportunity to develop interests, interpersonal skills, and personal goals. This program also strives to enhance the service recipient's self-esteem as well as helping them rise above various challenges. In addition, the Day Service Program provides contract work for local businesses, which is completed within our facility. This contract work provides an employment opportunity for service recipients interested in making money as well as learning the responsibilities of having a job. Examples of such contract work include assembly, disassembly, packaging, sorting, labeling, folding, stuffing flyers and collating. All of the service recipients we serve are supervised by trained direct care staff members who provide assistance throughout the day. Hours of operation are 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, except for specific selected holidays. For more information about our Day Service Program, please contact:
