Habilitation and Training Services, Inc. (H.A.T.S.), is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation located in Robertson and Sumner County Tennessee. The agency's mission is to provide individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities the opportunity and needed support to develop a vision of their future, live in a place of their own choosing, work at a satisfying job, have friends and other relationships in their lives, feel accepted, healthy and secure, and participate in and contribute to their community. H.A.T.S. emphasizes personal outcome measures such as self determination, independence, productivity, integration, inclusion, personal responsibility and choice. Our goal is to continue our commitment to provide quality supports and services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Because people's goals and accomplishments are forever evolving, our training and supports will evolve with the needs of our individuals. The agency embraces the value of growing as the need for services increase. We continue to examine ways to improve our supports and services. |
