Who We Are Rainbow Early Intervention is a private non-profit program that was formed in 1982, by H.A.T.S. an agency for mentally challenged adults. Rainbow was originally known as H.A.T.S. Child Development Center as a full day center-based program. Our servcies are primarily in natural settings at this time with families/caretakers actively involved. Our goal is to encourage children, from birth to three, to reach their full potential. We hope to help each family and child discover how to learn, experience and enjoy their world.
What We Do Children in the program learn through an activity based play in a variety of settings. Our play is centered around different areas of development: cognitive, language, gross motor, fine motor, social, and self-help skills. |
