Early Intervention Program This program is for children from birth to three years of age who are multiple handicapped/mentally challenged or developmentally delayed, hearing and/or visually impaired. The components of the program are varied and comprehensive to meet each child's broad range of needs. A comprehensive evaluation is completed on each child by agency staff as well as pediatricians, speech and physical therapists, and nutritionists. Children's programs are activated and directed through play instead of complete structural activities as a whole group. Outcomes are practiced in many aspects of each session which allows each child to have many tries at a task. We have a referral system for other services offered by other agencies.
